Bread & Pastries
Everyday we prepare more than 8 different kinds of bread, 15 types of pastries with different filling.
Our pastries owe their exceptional look and flavor to carefully- local sourced raw ingredients crafting into bold combinations of flavors and textures with delicacies from around the globe.
Breakfast & Lunch
Folks & Flour’s Bakery also serves a great breakfast and lunch with homemade quiches, eggs, sandwiches and salads, so there are a lot of different options to choose from. We thought breakfast deserved a little bit of love and attention. So we wanted our shop to feel welcoming, to create a sense of home, a sense of belonging as if someone was hugging you.
Pizza & Dinner
At noon dough is being prepared for pizza bases. 24 hour proofing is needed to make our dough bases just how we like them. The texture is not crisp or chewy but somewhere in between.
Good quality toppings from different regions of Italy are imported. Our evening menu is small as we like to focus only on pizza to keep the quality high. Every weekend nights we prepare special dinner menu from roast lamb , short ribs bbq to seafood. you can follow us on our facebook page or instagram to update of our special dinner menu.
